Counsel must assess whether a claim lacks merit and decide on an appropriate defense strategy, which could include alternative dispute resolution, settlement, or litigation with motions and potential sanctions. Panelist Andy Boling takes part in the discussion covering how to evaluate such claims, develop defense strategies, and consider possible remedies and sanctions.
