Biography

Casey A. Marritt is an attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration, with a strong foundation in tax law and financial analysis. He brings a detail-oriented, methodical approach to helping clients plan for the future, preserve assets, and navigate the complexities that arise during trust and estate administration. Casey’s experience working with complex financial, compliance, and regulatory matters informs his ability to identify potential risks early and craft thoughtful, practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Before concentrating his practice on estate planning and administration, Casey gained valuable experience supporting and handling contested matters and litigation-related work. His background in investigations and legal analysis enables him to quickly identify critical facts, anticipate challenges, and develop clear, well-supported strategies. Whether advising clients on tax and estate planning or drawing on his experience in high-stakes disputes, Casey emphasizes practical solutions and clear guidance during stressful situations. Prior to law school, he served in the United States Army as a CID Special Agent. Outside of work, Casey enjoys staying active, experimenting with his smoker, and spending time with his family.
