Biography
Kendra L. Bunn brings a business-focused and internationally informed perspective to her practice, shaped by 22 years of experience advising companies, investors, entrepreneurs and individuals navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
Kendra’s background includes work in business and corporate law as well as international, immigration, and employment matters, including advising foreign investors and businesses on international employee transfers, labor certification processes, and work visa strategies. She has a niche practice in working with higher education, professor/researcher and student visas. Her immigration law experience enhances the firm’s ability to serve globally minded clients and address evolving workforce and employment issues.
Having spent years traveling extensively throughout the United States and abroad, Kendra was also involved in several entrepreneurial ventures, including a family-owned heavy/highway construction business. She also has exposure to aviation-related matters through her family’s involvement in aviation. Married into a first-generation immigrant family and the spouse of a Navy Officer, Kendra remains actively involved in her community and church. She spends her time equally between Florida and the Midwest.
