Biography
Madeline demonstrates kindness and compassion within her work, always leaving a positive impact on her clients. As a member of the Employment Law Group, Madeline represents her clients in cases dealing with a variety of employment-related matters, including executive contracts and compensation, hiring and terminating employees, restrictive covenants and trade secret protection, defense of employment claims, and general employment counseling. As a member of the Estate Planning Group, Madeline is focused on helping clients create comprehensive estate plans utilizing wills, trusts, tax planning, and other estate planning tools to help protect her clients’ assets. Her strength as a litigator is in her ability to understand the process of civil defense litigation in the fields of torts, contracts, employment, and premise liability. She works closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals, and creates personalized solutions that ensure their wishes are carried out.
Growing up as the eldest of eight girls, Madeline is well-versed in collaboration, leadership, multitasking, mediation, and argument. Today, she implements these strengths to do everything within her power to obtain the best results for her clients.
