Biography
Mitchell Higgins is an attorney with a business-focused practice and experience supporting in-house legal work in a commercial banking environment. In that role, he assisted with contract and transactional matters connected to commercial lending and collections activities, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to contract review, risk issue-spotting, and day-to-day legal support.
Mitchell earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. While in law school, he developed his research, writing, and client-service skills through a tax controversy clinic, where he worked on matters involving tax procedure and dispute resolution.
Before law school, Mitchell earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and built a strong analytical foundation through FP&A and financial analysis roles. He brings this multidisciplinary background to Keller + Holland, where he supports clients with corporate matters and helps them navigate complex legal and business issues.
